At My Core.

My name is Lacy. Hi.
I grew up in a musical and holistic home; my mom read our cards and cured our ailments with hot teas, my dad baptized us in good music and good fun. I’ve been a musician all my life, and a writer and poet. So from my very first experience with sound healing, I recognized it at my core - music as medicine. Art is medicine. Interest in sound bowls became the study of sound and frequency became a practice became a mindset… and here I am. Easy breezy. Just following the bread crumbs. For me, sound therapy is the natural progression of the traditions I came up with. It informs and inspires me as I raise my own family and navigate my wild world (for real, saving my life every day). I practice in an effort to infuse a little peace, but also with the hope of replenishing those magical people driven to scream from the rooftops.

I am an MFA graduate with a master’s degree in creative writing and I am a certified sound healer with a focus in crystal singing bowls. A hands-on learner, I am always working with different modalities to deepen my practice, always down for a new and heightened experience.

As a vibe, I am quite fond of girl bands and soul tracks, fruit trees, kitties, and a dusky surf session. I am deeply rooted in nature and carried by wonder. I am a straight shooter, an intuitive, and a bonafide silly goose, and I am mindful of letting all those things inform my work.

I am also private and intentionally slow paced, so you will not find a lot of presence from me on social media and the like - but that doesn’t mean I’m not out here doing cool things with sound ;) Let me show you.
