At My Core.

I should list my certifications and affiliations here. But the truth is, this is just who I am at my core. I grew up heartily in a spiritual, musical, and holistic environment, running around barefoot in the canyons of San Diego. My mom read our cards and cured our ailments with hot teas, my dad baptized us in good music and good fun. I continue those traditions because they’ve worked for my joyful, untamed family our whole lives. They work for me now as I raise my own family. My experience is that being happy, healthy, open-minded and compassionate is not something you get a degree in - it’s something you work at every day. That is the full time job.

That being said, I still thought it pertinent to earn my Masters degree in Fine Arts in addition to becoming certified in Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls from the Sound Healing Academy (yes, that’s a real thing). And I will continue to deepen my life-long tutelage in the artistic and holistic ethos. I am intrigued by both the research and tenants of sound therapy and am excited to be a part of its expansion. But at the end of the day, I practice sound therapy because it makes me happy. What could it do for you?
