Frequency + Intention = Healing

Raised in a holistic environment and having worked as a musician for much of my adult life, facilitating these soundbaths is a natural melding of my experiences. I bring with me the jolliest of energies as well as a full octave of Alchemy crystal singing bowls, kenari and theta chimes, himalayan bowls, shruti, light drumming and gongs.

My curated set of instrumentation is aimed at the parasympathetic nervous system; addressing blockages and tension, retuning the chakras, and promoting deep relaxation and simple joy.

Crystal singing bowls create resonance on a cellular level alongside a literal shifting of the brain’s electrical activity (it’s physics!). This can support mood stabilization, pain management, reduced stress, digestion, improved sleep, and enhanced mindfulness.
